Project Description:
The Andrew Area includes the Andrew, Arundel, Cyrus, Farragon and Kinnoull fields which all produce through the Andrew platform. The field started production in 1994.
As part of the reshaping of its North Sea portfolio, BP are divesting the Andrew field to Premier Oil. These assets will need to be extracted from the operational data model for handover and the existing data models updated to reflect the asset transfer.
PDS Scope:
Pipeline Data Solutions was selected by BP to update their operational data model, divested assets data model and create a data model for handover to Premier Oil. The scope included:
Identifying and updating all relevent records in the BP operational data model.
Creation of a stand alone data model with the records relating to the Andrew asset for handover to Premier Oil.
Updating the BP divest asset model with the updated Andrew records.
Updating the BP operational data model to remove the Andrew records that are not related to active records.
